Administrative Assistant

Are you an all-around type of person, good with details, and able to handle multiple tasks as they arise? Do you like working with customers, solving problems and helping to make their experience perfect? Then you're the administrative assistant we are looking for!

Responsibilities:

  • General clerical/administrative tasks including phones and filing
  • Some billing and spreadsheet management
  • Making and confirming travel and tradeshow arrangements
  • Other projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Some college, Associate's Degree or higher preferred
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to handle multiple tasks
  • Some Quickbooks knowledge preferred but not required
