Are you an all-around type of person, good with details, and able to handle multiple tasks as they arise? We need an Admin who can answer phones professionally, put clients at ease, and take detailed messages. You’ll also be working on billing and spreadsheet management as well as making and confirming travel and tradeshow arrangements. There will also be filing, minor office errands, and other projects as needed. Some Quickbooks knowledge is preferred. Can you conceptualize an ad campaign; develop web content, emails and, direct mail; manage social media updates; or work up a radio or video script? We’re looking for someone with a strong grasp of grammar and the basics, the ability to hone complex issues into something marketable, and a creative way of seeing the world.
You will use your social media skills to assist in creating brand awareness and custom loyalty across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok and emerging platforms. You will also review Web Analytics from multiple sources to determine effective keywords for organic search optimization and Internet advertising campaigns. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to try something new.
You’ll be developing and maintaining relationships with our clients and identifying and following through on opportunities to develop new business opportunities. You will also be managing your clients’ projects from start to finish, working with multiple in-house teams to meet project deadlines.
You’ll build and develop relationships with current and potential clients, demonstrate and explain PriMedia’s proprietary software and marketing services, represent the company at trade shows and business events, and request, review and send new business proposals.
You will work with our Client Representatives to prioritize projects, manage employee time and the project timeline, open and close projects in our proprietary project management software, and work with our Accounts Receivable department to ensure billing schedules and invoices are in line with the project proposal.
