In the more than ten years that we’ve worked with W.C. Esp, we have created their logo, developed and updated their website and custom online customer services applications, marketed new business divisions, produced print and radio advertising campaigns, formed and executed strategic marketing plans, designed and distributed a variety of direct mail materials, and so much more.
When they were looking to increase business, we outlined their goals, points of difference and target audience and came up with a concept through-line that was successfully used for several years across print, radio, and digital ad campaigns.
Whenever they needed to reach out to customers to announce new services or promotions, we produced the postcards, letters, brochures and newsletters to support their efforts. Knowing that new homeowners often changed their comfort services providers, targeted materials and promotions were developed to introduce the company as soon as the sale was made and over the months that followed.
As the company grew, it expanded and diversified its services, and PriMedia was at its side, integrating each new service with an impactful ad campaign and developing the collaterals to support the new division. In a turn that was music to everyone’s ears, the marketing strategy was so successful that demand led to service backlogs, and we were asked to pause those promotions so they could catch up!
